With its expansive, flowing space a full floor above the ground, the Barn House offers spatial qualities and country views usually reserved for houses of much larger size.

From the private courtyard, the enclosed stairway leads to the large living, dining and screened porch combination. A family-sized kitchen has an eating area with a long view. A guest bedroom and bath are adjacent to the living room.

On the upper floor is a high-ceilinged loft with a fireplace and an open deck over the screened porch. The master bedroom, closets and bath complete the house and offer privacy and long views to the prairie and pond.
